Breakaway Bikes Dewey arose out of our twin loves of beach and bike. We are believers in the simple power of being outside in the beautiful Delaware beaches, and experiencing this area personally on your bike. Lazing around town on a cruiser in the summer, creating some family memories, or training for your next long course tri? We have the healthy you covered for all of it. Come see us in Izzy Plaza.

Breakaway carries the bikes that serve our multiple selves - laid back family cruising and sightseeing through town, boardwalk and trail as well as serious training and racing.

Whether your ride is a single speed cruiser or a fully customized race machine we know it's only enjoyable if it fits and it works. We're here for both. We have a separate maintenance and repair shop in our store to handle everything from basic service to custom bike builds
